Start scribbling!

If you haven’t tried it yet, you should check out the internet application or “web app” ScribbleToo. It’s a bit old, written in flash by Mario Klingemann and original idea by internet legend Ze Frank. But the results you’ll get from some sketching with a wacom tablet here, is probably faster and cooler than what you would get doing the same with Photoshop, Corel Draw or Sketchbook Pro.

If you don’t like the appearance of doing sketches in your web browser, you can use Fluid to make a web page into an OS X app, apply an icon and put it in your dock.

I made the sketches above in 3 minutes improvising. Good start for storyboarding, ideas, etc…

Here is another update on my “design my body project”. The first picture from 2009, when I was eating and drinking lots of carbs. In August this year, I started eating LCHF (low carb high fat) after the Hollywood diet and now in December, I have been eating it for 4 months. Lots of meat, veggies, cream, fat, cheese and eggs. Instead of drinking beer, I drink red wine and whisky.

I train weight lifting 3 times per week, 9 times per month, half an hour each time. Just enough to gain a little in muscles, just enough not getting burned out or bored. I take notes in my iPhone and try to break my record in dead lifts, squats, bench press, dips, chins and military press. Without fucking around.

No cardio.

Butterfly: Every day other life forms creates the air you live to breath in.

Tip: Eating less carbs and sugar, will lower your insulin. Cynthia Keynon have been experimenting on worms and mice, she found a way for them to live 4 times as long and healthy. Not enough testing yet for humans, but she have herself cut down on the carbs.

I can only comment on my own experiences on LCHF (low carbs high fat) and it is that I look and feel younger today than 4 years ago.
