Here is another update on my “design my body project”. The first picture from 2009, when I was eating and drinking lots of carbs. In August this year, I started eating LCHF (low carb high fat) after the Hollywood diet and now in December, I have been eating it for 4 months. Lots of meat, veggies, cream, fat, cheese and eggs. Instead of drinking beer, I drink red wine and whisky.
I train weight lifting 3 times per week, 9 times per month, half an hour each time. Just enough to gain a little in muscles, just enough not getting burned out or bored. I take notes in my iPhone and try to break my record in dead lifts, squats, bench press, dips, chins and military press. Without fucking around.
No cardio.
